Hey, theatre enthusiasts and creative teens! Are you ready for a night of fun, creativity, and a little spooky flair? Bucyrus Little Theatre is thrilled to announce its upcoming Teen Theatre Club Halloween Party, happening on Saturday, November 1, at the Bucyrus Little Theatre. This 4-hour event is designed just for teens aged 13-17. It's packed with activities to spark your imagination and build lasting friendships in a safe, supportive environment.
Event Details
Date and Time: The party kicks off at 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 1, with pick-up at 10 p.m.
Location: Bucyrus Little Theatre (exact address available on our website or by contacting us).
Who Can Attend: Exclusively for teens between 13 and 17 years old. No exceptions—sorry, younger siblings or adults outside of chaperones! However, if you'd like to chaperone, call lock-in coordinator Allie Mueller at 419-310-9616 or email bucyruslittletheater@gmail.com to express your interest and complete the mandatory background check prior to the event.
Costumes Encouraged: Since it's right after Halloween, feel free to come in your favorite costume. Let's keep the festive spirit alive!
What's In Store?
Get ready for an unforgettable night! We’ll dive into a variety of theatre-inspired activities. We might even watch a fun movie (rated PG or PG-13). Plus, there will be plenty of downtime to chat and connect with fellow theatre lovers. Fuel up with delicious pizza and snacks throughout the evening.
Adult chaperones (all 18+ and background-checked) will be on hand the entire time to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. We're all about creating a respectful, inclusive space where everyone can express themselves without worry.
Important Rules & Safety Guidelines
At Bucyrus Little Theatre, safety and respect come first. Participants must follow our party rules, which include:
No exiting the building.
No bullying or disrespectful behavior.
No PDA or inappropriate actions.
Absolutely no illegal substances or dangerous items.
We’ll also respect the theatre property and each other’s boundaries. Violations could mean a warning or even an early pick-up—let’s keep the vibe positive!
For your peace of mind, the premises are monitored by security cameras. We’ll also have medical information on file to handle any needs. Parents, rest assured: We’re committed to a fun, secure experience for all.
How To Sign Up
To join the fun, teens and their parents/guardians must complete and sign the Party Permission Slip. This form includes contact info, medical details, and agreements to our rules. This form is required—no exceptions—and helps us keep everyone safe.
You can download the form here or pick one up at the theatre. Completed forms should be submitted when you check in on November 1.
